After a lot of work by the committee over a year ago in making a detailed application and resubmission to the Charities Commission, the commission did not feel that our club's activities were charitable. This was a disappointment but it did mean that we could revert to a simpler club structure, a smaller committee and no trustees. A new constitution was drawn up which can be viewed by clicking here. 

The 2011 Annual General Meeting ( was held in the morning of Wednesday 16th November 2011 at the Mill Club (Royal British Legion, Western Backway, Kingsbridge TQ7 1QB ) and was very well attended. To see or print the Draft Minutes please click here.

The next AGM will be held on 14th November 2012 at the Mill Club when the (possibly revised) draft minutes will be approved..
